The SUHUI PVC pipe extrusion line is a fully automated manufacturing system designed for producing rigid PVC and UPVC pipes used in water supply, drainage, sewage, irrigation, electrical conduit, air conditioning condensate water systems, and industrial pipeline applications. The line combines twin-screw extrusion technology with precision vacuum calibration and multi-stage cooling to ensure consistent wall thickness, dimensional accuracy, and smooth inner and outer surfaces.
Supporting pipe diameters from Φ16 mm to Φ800 mm across single, dual, and four-cavity die configurations, the SUHUI PVC pipe line covers the full range from small-diameter conduit to large-diameter drainage and sewage pipes. All configurations comply with international standards including ISO 4422, EN 1401, and ASTM D1785.
The system’s twin-screw extruder (SJZ series) provides superior PVC plasticizing performance, while the modular line design supports recycled PVC content integration and quick die changeover for different pipe specifications. An optional integrated belling machine enables inline socket forming for pressure pipe production.

The SUHUI PVC pipe extrusion line supports outer diameters from Φ16 mm to Φ800 mm. It is available in single, dual, and four-cavity die configurations — the dual and four-cavity configurations extrude multiple pipes simultaneously for significantly higher output per line. Each model uses a matched SJZ conical twin-screw extruder and tooling configuration optimized for its specific diameter range and output requirement.
PVC is a thermally sensitive material that requires controlled, uniform plasticizing to prevent degradation. The conical twin-screw design provides high shear and distributive mixing in the feed zone (larger diameter screws) while reducing shear stress at the die (smaller diameter screws), protecting the PVC compound from overheating. The bimetallic screw and barrel provide superior wear resistance, while ceramic heater zones and the inner oil cooling circuit ensure precise, stable temperature control across all production runs.
PVC pipes produced on the SUHUI extrusion line comply with ISO 4422 (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride pipes for water supply), EN 1401 (PVC-U pipes for underground drainage and sewage), and ASTM D1785 (standard specification for PVC plastic pipe, schedules 40, 80, and 120). The precision vacuum calibration and online dimensional monitoring systems ensure consistent compliance with the dimensional tolerances and wall thickness specifications required by these standards. The machine itself is certified CE, ISO9001:2008, QS, and GMP.
Yes. The SUHUI PVC pipe extrusion line is compatible with recycled PVC regrind or pellets as a proportion of the total compound. Recycled content is blended with virgin PVC resin, stabilizers, and additives in a high speed mixer before extrusion. The proportion of recycled content varies by application — non-pressure drainage pipes typically tolerate higher recycled content than pressure-rated water supply pipes. SUHUI engineers can advise on formulation guidelines for specific recycled content targets and pipe applications.
After exiting the die, the extruded PVC pipe immediately enters a vacuum calibration sleeve where negative pressure holds the pipe wall against the precision-machined sizing bore. This fixes the outer diameter and ensures round, uniform cross-section before the material fully solidifies. Simultaneous water cooling at the calibration stage rapidly sets the outer pipe wall. The pipe then passes through multi-stage spray or immersion cooling tanks that progressively reduce temperature and relieve internal stress, stabilizing the final dimensions.
The SUHUI PVC pipe extrusion line uses a servo-driven planetary saw cutter with ABB inverter control and 30-step speed exchange capability. An automatic length encoder triggers the cutting cycle to produce pipes at the specified length without manual measurement or stopping the haul-off. The planetary saw delivers clean, burr-free cuts across all PVC pipe sizes. For socket pipe production, an optional integrated belling machine with Siemens PLC and U/R/Z-shape mold support is available for inline bell-end forming.
