How a Vacuum Calibration Table Holds Pipe and Profile to Size

SUHUI engineers and manufactures both halves of the plastics production loop. On the recycling side we build shredders, washing lines and pelletizing systems that turn post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste into clean flakes and recycled pellets. On the extrusion side we build the pipe, profile and drinking-straw lines that turn virgin or recycled resin into finished products. Because we design and test-run complete production lines in-house — not single machines from a catalog — we can specify every stage around your material, throughput and output quality.
Recycling washing and pelletizing lines, plus pipe, profile and drinking-straw extrusion lines — engineered and test-run in our own factory before they ship.

Efficiently processes PP/PE flexible film waste through crushing, melting, and extrusion to produce uniform recycled pellets, ideal for packaging film and agricultural film recycling.

Designed for rigid plastics (e.g., bottles, containers), integrates shredding, melting, and cutting to yield high-purity recycled granules for injection molding or extrusion applications.

Utilizes twin-screw technology for enhanced mixing, combining PET flakes with glass fiber to produce high-strength engineering plastic pellets for automotive and electronic components.

Features precise temperature control to process PVC scrap without degradation, delivering stable-quality pellets for profiles, pipes, and eco-friendly low-emission recycling.

Multi-stage washing system with crushing, friction cleaning, rinsing, and dewatering to clean mixed plastic waste, improving recycled material purity.

Solves entanglement issues with anti-winding shredding and intensive cleaning to remove dirt/oil residues, producing dry and clean soft film flakes.

Automated sorting, label removal, crushing, and float-sink washing to separate PET flakes from contaminants, ensuring food-grade recycled material quality.

Specialized for dairy bottles, combines high-temperature washing, precision sorting, and drying to produce food-grade HDPE pellets.

For more than 20 years, SUHUI has designed and built complete plastic recycling and extrusion lines — not single machines from a catalogue. On the recycling side we engineer washing, shredding and pelletizing lines that turn post-consumer and post-industrial PET, HDPE, PP, PVC and film waste into clean flakes and recycled pellets. On the extrusion side we build PVC, HDPE and PPR pipe, plastic profile and PP drinking-straw lines. Whether you need a single crusher, a stand-alone film washing line or a full turnkey recycling plant, we take on layout design, manufacturing, installation and operator training as one project. Every system is sized around your feedstock, target capacity and plant conditions, then assembled and fully test-run in our own workshop before it ships worldwide. Backed by our in-house R&D and machining workshop, SUHUI plastic recycling machines and extrusion lines now run in more than 40 countries, with our engineers supporting you from throughput planning to spare parts and after-sales service.
Every SUHUI line is built as one connected system. These are the stages we engineer and integrate for you.
Metal detection, label and cap removal and material sorting protect downstream equipment and lift final purity.
Single- or twin-shaft shredders and crushers cut bulky scrap down to a uniform, washable particle size.
Hot washing, friction washers and float-sink tanks strip glue, oil, paper and dirt from the flakes.
Centrifugal dryers and thermal drying pull moisture down to a level safe for pelletizing or reuse.
Melt filtration, degassing and pelletizing convert clean flakes into consistent, ready-to-run pellets.
Pipe, profile and straw extrusion lines shape virgin or recycled resin into the finished product you sell.
From line manufacturing to installation, training and long-term support — one team with you from concept to commissioning.
We manufacture complete plastic recycling lines — crushers, friction washing lines, float-sink tanks, dewatering and pelletizing systems — sized to your PET, HDPE, PP or film waste, contamination level and target output of clean flakes or recycled pellets.

Short, straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most before sending an enquiry.
A plastic recycling line produces raw material: it shreds, washes and pelletizes scrap into clean flakes or recycled pellets you can sell or reuse. A plastic extrusion line produces a finished product: it melts virgin or recycled material and forms it into pipe, profile or drinking straws. The two sit end to end — pellets from the recycling side are exactly what the extrusion side runs on.
It depends on what you sell. If your output is clean flakes or recycled pellets, a plastic recycling machine line — shredding, washing and pelletizing — is enough. If you sell a finished product such as pipe, profile or straws, you need an extrusion line. If you buy scrap and sell finished product, you need both sides connected. Start from the material you have and the product you want to sell, and the required line follows.
We regularly build lines for PET, HDPE, PP, LDPE/LLDPE film, PVC, PPR, ABS/PS and PC. Tell us the polymer and the form it arrives in and we match the crushing, washing, pelletizing or extrusion configuration to it.
Yes — this is the closed-loop setup we build most often. Off-cuts, rejects and edge-trim go through a shredder and pelletizing line, and the recycled pellets are dosed back into the extrusion line that makes your pipe, profile or straws. Running both sides in one plant cuts raw-material cost and removes the scrap disposal problem, and we balance the two lines so the reclaim side keeps up with extrusion output.
Layout and capacity planning, manufacturing of every machine in the line, factory assembly and a full test run before shipment, then installation, commissioning and operator training at your plant. You deal with one project team from the first material photo to the day the line reaches rated output, rather than coordinating several equipment suppliers.
A plant is budgeted as connected lines rather than one figure. A single machine starts from around US$10,000, and a complete recycling or extrusion line typically runs up to US$150,000 or more depending on material, capacity and automation; a plant running both sides is scoped as two such lines plus the link between them. Detailed FOB ranges by machine type are published on our recycling and extrusion machine pages — send your material and target output for an exact quotation.
From order to shipment, a standard plastic recycling or extrusion line normally takes about 30–60 days to manufacture and test-run, depending on line size and customization. We confirm the exact schedule at order and assemble and trial-run every line before it ships.
Yes. We offer installation, commissioning and operator training worldwide, plus long-term technical support and fast-moving spare parts such as screws, screens, cutters and heaters.
Yes. Every line is assembled and test-run in our Zhangjiagang workshop before shipment, and you are welcome to attend the trial run in person — factory visits can be arranged by appointment. If travelling is not practical, we record the test run with your material and send video and output samples for approval before the line is crated.
Yes. Both halves are built in our own Zhangjiagang workshop — recycling washing and pelletizing lines on one side, PVC, HDPE and PPR pipe, profile and drinking-straw extrusion lines on the other. One project team engineers, assembles and test-runs them in-house, so a plant that recycles its own scrap and extrudes the finished product can be sourced from a single factory instead of a trading company or several separate suppliers.
