A supplier who answers all four from memory has designed the rotor. One who has to ask a supplier is reselling a casting, which is worth knowing before you compare their price with anyone else’s.
Ask Whether the Frame Was Stress Relieved After Welding
Almost every crusher frame is welded steel plate, and welding leaves the plate full of locked-in stress. If that stress is not relieved before the bearing bores and blade seats are machined, the frame slowly moves in service and the alignment set at the factory does not stay set.

Relieve the stress, then machine. Reverse the order and the frame moves later.
The question is one sentence and the answer tells you a lot. Is the frame stress relieved after welding and before final machining, and is that step on your process sheet. Builders who do it say so immediately, because it is a real cost they have chosen to carry. Builders who do not tend to answer by talking about plate thickness instead.
Plate thickness is worth asking about too, but as a second question rather than a substitute. Ask for the demonstration rather than the claim. Noise and Dust Extraction Are Scope Items Rather Than Features

Sound dampening and a dust port are not the same as an enclosure and a cyclone.
