It processes uPVC and flexible PVC compounds into precision-dimensioned profiles including window frames, door profiles, cable conduits, decorative trims, and structural sections.

PVC’s inherent strength, weather resistance, flame retardancy, and cost-effectiveness make it one of the most widely used materials for outdoor and structural profiles. The SUHUI line is engineered for high dimensional accuracy and consistent surface finish, meeting the strict tolerances required by window and door manufacturers worldwide.

The complete line includes a twin-screw extruder, custom profile die, vacuum calibration system, water cooling tanks, servo-driven haul-off unit, and precision cutting station. It is fully compatible with lead-free stabilizer systems and recycled PVC content for eco-conscious production.

PVC Profile Extrusion Process Workflow

  1. Material Preparation: PVC resin is pre-blended with stabilizers, impact modifiers, fillers, lubricants, and colorants in a high speed mixer to produce a homogeneous dry blend.
  2. Feeding: The PVC compound is fed into the twin-screw extruder hopper via an automated gravimetric dosing system for consistent material flow.
  3. Plasticizing & Extrusion: The twin-screw extruder melts and homogenizes the PVC compound under precisely controlled temperature and pressure, then forces it through the custom profile die.
  4. Vacuum Calibration: The extruded profile enters the vacuum calibration unit, where it is shaped and held to exact dimensions while being cooled by water spray.
  5. Cooling: The calibrated profile passes through water cooling tanks for further solidification and temperature reduction before the haul-off stage.
  6. Haul-Off: Servo-driven caterpillar pullers grip the profile and draw it through the line at a controlled speed, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
  7. Cutting: A precision planetary saw or router cuts profiles to the specified length, triggered automatically by a length measurement encoder.
  8. Stacking & Packaging: Finished profiles are automatically stacked, bundled, or conveyed to a packaging station for shipment.
