The line addresses the unique challenge of woven PP bag recycling with an anti-winding shredder that prevents bag fabric from wrapping around rotor blades, followed by multi-stage hot washing, intensive friction scrubbing, and two-stage mechanical dewatering to produce high-purity PP flake output. Standard shredders cannot process woven PP fabric reliably because the long, flexible fibers can wrap around the rotor shaft. The anti-winding shredder uses dedicated rotor geometry to tear and cut woven PP fabric into manageable pieces without shaft entanglement.

The multi-stage washing sequence combines wet granulation, pre-washing, 60–80°C hot alkaline washing, high-speed friction scrubbing, float-sink separation, rinsing, mechanical dewatering, and thermal drying to remove loose debris, chemical residues, oils, heavy contaminants, and moisture.
The line uses two-stage mechanical dewatering, a centrifugal dryer followed by a screw press, to reduce surface moisture below 12% after washing. Thermal drying then reduces final flake moisture below 5%, making the output suitable for pelletizing or reuse.
