Process Workflow

Sorting & Shredding: Bags are manually sorted, then shredded into flakes.
Pre-Washing: Removes surface dirt via coarse washing with water.
Hot Washing: Heated wash tanks dissolve stubborn residues.
Friction Washing: High-speed friction scrubbers deep-clean flakes.
Rinsing & Dewatering: Clean flakes are rinsed and spun-dried.
Thermal Drying: Moisture is eliminated using hot air dryers.
Pelletizing: Dried flakes are melted and extruded into uniform pellets.
Packaging: Pellets are cooled, screened, and bagged for reuse.
