The SUHUI plastic film squeezer granulating machine is a high-efficiency system designed to recycle plastic film waste directly into reusable granules. It processes materials including LDPE, HDPE, and PP films from packaging, agricultural covers, and industrial scraps — including wet or lightly contaminated films straight from the washing line.

By integrating crushing, squeezing, melting, and pelletizing into a single compact unit, this machine eliminates the need for a separate drying stage. The squeezing screw mechanically removes moisture and air from the film before it enters the extruder, significantly reducing energy consumption while producing dense, uniform granules.

Output pellets are suitable for extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding applications. The machine is widely used in plastic recycling facilities, film manufacturers, and waste management operations seeking a reliable, cost-effective pelletizing solution.

How the Plastic Film Squeezer Granulating Machine Works

  1. Film Feeding: Wet or dry PP/PE film scraps are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt or manual loading.
  2. Crushing: A built-in crusher shreds bulky film rolls or bales into smaller pieces for consistent feeding.
  3. Squeezing & Dewatering: The high-torque squeezing screw compacts the film and mechanically expels moisture before the material enters the heating zone.
  4. Melting & Extrusion: The compacted, dried material is heated and melted in the extruder barrel, then forced through the die head.
  5. Granulating: A rotating cutter slices the extruded melt into uniform pellets at the die face.
  6. Cooling & Conveying: Pellets are air-cooled and conveyed to a storage silo or directly to packaging.
