How the Plastic Granulator Works

  1. Material Feeding: Plastic waste (films, rigid pieces, or fiber) is fed into the cutting chamber via a hopper or conveyor belt.

  3. Screen Sizing: A perforated screen beneath the cutting chamber controls output granule size — only particles small enough to pass through the screen exit the chamber.
