How to Use a Blade Sharpener for Plastic Granulator Blades

1. Blade Mounting: Secure the worn granulator or shredder blade onto the workbench using the adjustable clamp, aligning it to the desired grinding angle.
2. Angle Setting: Adjust the blade holder to the correct grinding angle (0–90°) to match the blade’s original cutting profile.
3. Water Cooling Activation: Turn on the water pump to ensure continuous coolant flow during grinding, preventing overheating.
4. Grinding: Engage the grinding wheel and move it along the full blade length in smooth, consistent strokes until the cutting edge is restored.
5. Inspection: Check the sharpened edge for uniformity and sharpness. Repeat grinding passes if necessary.
