Process Workflow

Crushing: Bottles are shredded into small flakes.
Pre-Washing: Removes loose dirt and debris with cold water.
Label Separation: Friction washers peel off labels and adhesives.
Hot Washing: Alkaline solution dissolves oils and organic residues.
Float-Sink Separation: Tanks separate PET flakes from denser plastics (PVC, caps).
Rinsing & Dehydration: Flakes are rinsed and spun-dried.
Color Sorting: Optical sorters segregate clear, blue, and green flakes.
Thermal Drying: Moisture is reduced to <1% using hot air systems.
